Lauren is the founder of Vector Real Estate Limited, a strategic real estate asset management specialist.

Vector provides independent and objective advice to High Net Worth Individuals, Family Offices and companies seeking to maximise the value of their real estate assets.

Prior to setting up Vector, Lauren spent 16 years at Grosvenor, working principally on its London Estate as Investment Director. Responsibilities there included optimising the performance of its office portfolio, valued at c. £700m. This included identifying and exploiting value-adding opportunities through off-market acquisitions, lease restructures changes of use and refurbishments.

Lauren holds an MSc in Property Investment and Finance from Cass Business School and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1995. She is a member of the RICS and Investment Property Forum.
