John Randle spent nearly 40 years working in British industry, first with Beecham Products, and then within the brewing industry with Courage.
During his thirty-plus years with Courage he reached senior positions in Logistics, Management Development, and Sales. At the request of Damian Hickman, in 1998 John brought these skills to bear in devising the original business plan which led to the creation of IDRC, and has been an active Board member since the company’s inception.
